END FATE

When you’re done with your Ecogear item, we suggest that you clean it before donating it to worthy groups like the Salvation Army so that the clothing can enjoy a second life.

- For those of you who would like to return the clothing to us, we insist that all items be cleaned before you pack them. This is done with the safety and hygiene of our colleagues in mind. Company policy is that packages or items that look soiled or dirty, will be thrown out for disposal. Be sure to email us at dododollar@eco-gear.ca to inform us of the return. Unannounced packages will also be disposed of without opening.

- Do note that mail charges and costs will have to be prepaid. We will reimburse you with 1 Dodo Buck per item only.

- Upon receiving a returned item from you, we will issue a coupon for the Dodo Buck to your email address so please make sure your email address is clearly marked on the returned clothing. A simple note on a scrap piece of paper will do.
