| Our Packaging : We use recycled packaging on the majority of our shipments. If your purchase is a gift for someone and you would prefer to have it packaged nicely, please mention that on your order and we will make sure its done attractively. |
| Shipping lead times : All orders are shipped within 2-3 days. Should the item you ordered be back ordered, we will contact you by email to discuss your options. |
| Shipping method : All orders are shipped by Canada Post/USPS. You will receive a tracking number assigned to your parcel as soon as the shipment is sent, which will be 2-3 days from the day of order.Please allow up to 14 days for the parcel to arrive. If you’re not familiar with tracking parcels, do contact us at orderstatus@eco-gear.ca and we will track it for you. |
